About Us
Greyhound Welfare was founded as a not for profit organisation by Dawn Abraham in 1998 as a result of her love of greyhounds.
Our stated objective is:
The relief of greyhounds who have been abandoned and who are in need of care and attention and to place them in such permanent homes as the trustees consider appropriate.
Our small group of volunteers strives to achieve this objective through a variety of activities ranging from fund raising to the practicalities of matching a dog to a home.

Sadly, Dawn and her dogs are no longer with us.
